Abstract

This paper presents a steganographical algorithm based on bit plane complexity segmentation (BPCS), which permits to implement hiding information into images for its secure transmission through no secure channels. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is robust against noisy channels. This algorithm offers higher hiding capacity due to that it exploits the variance of complex regions in each bit plane.
