Abstract

Social innovation presents multiple challenges in the design and implementation of projects, one of them is the wide range of knowledge and multidisciplinary experiences necessary. This work proposes a model for the identification of talent for the fostering of social innovation projects. A non-experimental documentary descriptive study developed in three phases was conducted. The first, consisted of a review of the literature to determine the existence of systematic approaches to talent identification. In the second, the elements that constitute the proposals of this type of projects were determined and sources of information were selected to classify and establish relationships between social innovation projects and the talent required for their fostering. In the third, the model for the identification of talent was built, whose result is the information that makes it possible to locate the complementary talent to foster a social innovation project. Six sets of aspects with common characteristics that determine the success or failure of a project were postulated, called dimensions, which are the main contribution of this work, which constitutes a methodological basis for the systematization of the processes of the management of social innovation.
