Resumen
Synergetic approach is used to consider new technologies of materials manufacture along with the possibilities of obtaining preset mechanical properties. Based on this approach and concepts about fractal dissipative structures which form in the system as a result of energy and substance exchanges with environment the methodology is developed for material structure control with the use of exremal technologies. New methods of materials fabrication are trented taking accounts for of hierarchy of energy dissipation mechanisms when power delivering to the system. Some examples are given to demonstrate the realization of extremal technologies of obtaining structure with preset fractal dimensionality.
