Resumen
High-resolution absolute experimental measurements and theoretical calculations were performed to study photoionization of O+ ions from metastable and ground states. The analysis was performed by employing a photoion-yield spectroscopic technique using synchrotron radiation. The photoionization cross section in energy range 30 to 35.5 eV was measured. Results showed that the predicted resonance structure associated with photoexcitation of autoionizing states was sensitive to the choice of basis functions.
