N2 - We investigate the influence of different electron-to-hole mobility ratios on the performance of a P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction organic solar cell by using numerical simulations. We show that in some particular mobility cases using a ratio between electron and hole mobility higher than one can improve power conversion efficiency.
