Resumen
Twenty patients with polymorphous light eruption without treatment were immunologically tested by measuring B, T and T cells subsets using in vitro systems. Our results revealed a deficiency of circulating T cells. T cells subset analysis indicated a sizeable percentage of helper/induced T cells decreased in blood and an imbalance in cellular cooperation/suppression activity with decreased suppressor T cell function.
