abstract = "This paper presents the design and development of a matrix irradiation system for studies and application of dermatological phototherapies with temperature control. The developed system has a power control to irradiate the target tissue with an adequate power density. Also, the irradiation time it is automated. Temperature infrared sensor is used in the irradiated sample to control the temperature. The temperature control allows the study of photodynamic therapy effects in synergy with the thermotherapy effects in the treatment of different diseases in external tissue.",
