Resumen

A study was performed on the boundary conditions in theory of photothermal processes in solids. The validity of energy balance at the surface was determined by the surface heat conduction and the surface heat accumulation. It was found that at fast temperature variation, the continuity of the thermal flux at the surface layer broke down.
