Resumen
The antigenicity of the capsular polysaccharide of K. rhinoscleromatis in mice was studied. Highly purified and partially purified capsular preparations were used as antigens. It was found that the highly purified preparation behaved as a very poor antigen. A 10% bacterial protein contamination improved its antigenic potency, but even so it was a poor antigen as compared with other bacterial capsular polysaccharides.
