Acoustic field of a source moving along stratified waveguide surface

The major goal of the paper is to calculate an acoustic field produced by a localized source and to determine its asymptotic behaviour for large times and distances. The source is moving along the surface of a stratified waveguide with a nonuniform velocity. A method allowing to determine the asymptotic behaviour of a moving source field by the asymptotics of the Green function for a stationary problem has been used. The obtained asymptotic formulae are uniform in the vicinity of the critical frequencies. Using the data of the asymptotic formulae are developed the computer programs and the plots are obtained for the dependences of acoustic pressure on the source motion velocity, source modulation and carrier frequency.
