Abstract

This paper reports the thermoluminescent characteristics of a new production of perovskite KMgF3 activated by Lu ions. Linearity, reproducibility, fading and other properties have been investigated. Because of the presence of 40K in the compound, the self dose effect has been investigated. Furthermore, the Sequential Quadratic Programming Glow Curve Deconvolution (SQPGCD) technique has been used for the determination of the kinetic parameters, i.e., activation energy, frequency and pre-exponential factors of the trapping centers, and the kinetic order of the recombination process.
