Abstract

The thermoluminescence kinetic parameters of perovskite-like KMgF3 activated by lanthanum ions was studied. The kinetic parameters were mainly obtained using the analytical expressions correlated to the shape of a peak, i.e. peak shape (PS) methods. The methods for the activation energy determination were all based on the peak shape. A suitable amount of impurity in the form of LaF3 was added to the starting powder before the growth.
