Abstract
The precession of the orbit of a neutral test body interacting with a charged massive body is obtained by means of two different methods. Both methods, the direct one and the post-Newtonian approximation, give the same expression for the precession. This result is different from the precession proposed by the absolute parallelism space formalism.
