TERMINATION OF TURBULENT ATMOSPHERE STATISTICAL CHARACTERISTICS.

Abstract

The fluctuations of such EM wave parameters as envelope, phase or their spatial differences and others represent an initial information-bearing effect which allows to state and solve a number of inverse problems (restoration problems) in the remote sensing. The necessity of the inverse problem solution arises in the remote sensing in both radiophysical explorations and radiosystem analysis. The restoration algorithms based on two solution schemes are suggested in this paper.
