Abstract

The known diterpenes junceic acid (1) and the stress metabolite derivatives 2-4 were isolated from the hexane extracts of the roots of Croton sarcopetalus Muell. The complete 13C NMR chemical shift assignments of these compounds were achieved with the aid of DEPT and HETCOR experiments.
