Abstract

This paper considers the stabilization problem of linear systems with η + 1 poles and a time delay τ. First, the conditions for the existence of a stabilizing control by static output feedback are done. Subsequently, the conditions for the existence of a predictor scheme are established. Finally, the application of the results are illustrated with three academic examples.
