Abstract

ABSTRACT: A phoresy of the pseudoscorpion Haplochelifer philipi (Chamberlin, 1923) in a phoretic association with Acrocinus longimanus was observed in Bocas del Toro Province, Panama. A phoretic female found under the elytra of the beetle. This is the first time that H. philipi has been reported in Panama.
