Abstract
The geometric characterizations are extended for the fixed poles of the Disturbance Rejection by dynamic Output Feedback (DROF) problem to the case of possibly uncontrollable and unobservable systems but restricted to S-V based solutions. The set of distinct fixed pole values is completely characterized followed by the solvability conditions for the DROFS problem. The existence of internally stable solutions is deduced as a corollary of the main result.
