Abstract
Two approach of problem solution of observers construction for polynomial systems are considered. The first method is connected with reduction of 'system - observation power' pair to canonical form of observation. The second one is based on the problem solution for homogeneous vector fields of odd extent and the following reduction of observer construction problem solution for common case of vector fields of odd extent to homogeneous case.
