N2 - Pandemics all over the world have come to modify daily life of all citizens, the new coronavirus outbreak spread through different countries, who like Mexico had to choose to change education methodology in order to not affect learning process on students. It is due to Mexico education current situation, which not being prepared for an extreme provision such as quarantine measures, had to find options to ensure learning and establish an academic continuity plan in one of the most prestigious education institutions in the country, such as Instituto Politecnico Nacional (IPN). This paper presents the results of creation and use of a modular educational ecosystem at Instituto Politecnico Nacional (IPN) as a support to education problems in the country due to COVID-19 pandemic. The results obtained show the great participation of students and teachers in the ecosystem, basing their activities on the use of digital technologies. The statistics presented in this document show that the academic continuity plan implemented in this institution can be replicated to improve the learning models currently used in educational institutions in the country.
