Abstract

Mathematical model of stress-deformation curves of low alloy steels with respect to temperature, deformation speed. Determination of these curves by torsion tests making it possible to calculate the Zener-Hollomon parameter corresponding to the maximal stress. Set of equations reproducing the whole stress-deformation curve: zone of work-hardening, regeneration and dynamic recrystallization. The model can apply to the calculation of hot rolling forces.
