Abstract

A point charge in motion generates the Liénard-Wiechert energy-momentum tensor. Teitelboim [1] showed that this tensor splits into its bounded part T_B ac and its radiative part T_R ac. All the terms in T_B ac are know to contribute to the matter-field energy-momentum balance. In this paper the inactive part of T_R ac is found, i.e., the terms do not contribute to the energy-momentum fluxes are shown.
