Abstract
En materia presupuestaria se abordan los aspectos más importantes de los nueve programas sociales que se enmarcan en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (PND) y en el I Informe de Gobierno. Se destacan los planteamientos principales en materia económica y de política social. No es posible realizar un análisis de los alcances y las limitaciones que tiene la implementación de los programas sociales dado el tiempo que tienen, por eso se realiza solamente un trabajo descriptivo y coyuntural. Sin embargo, se aportan a este libro datos importantes que en materia presupuestaria proporciona el gobierno 2019-2024./In budgetary matters, the most important aspects of the nine social programs that are framed in the National Development Plan (PND) and in the First Government Report are addressed. The main approaches in economic and social policy matters are highlighted. It is not possible to carry out an analysis of the scope and limitations of the implementation of social programs given the time they have, so only descriptive and conjunctural work is carried out. However, important data are provided in this book that the government provides for the 2019-2024 budget.
