Abstract
The electromagnetic environment in a PC's room was measured. The induced electric and magnetic fields from several kinds of monitors and the equivalent wave impedance as a function of the distance were also measured. When two or more PC monitors are inducing fields there happens compensation of magnetic ones, but the rate at which the fields fall off with distance is slower than the rate when one monitor is inducing.
