Abstract

A study was performed on donor-acceptor pair (DAP) photoluminescence (PL) spectra analysis in CdTe:Ag. The thin layers of Ag were vacuum evaporated onto the surface of undoped CdTe crystals. It was found that PL spectra of crystals exhibited a DAP emission at hv=1.491 eV with the highest intensity with respect to other signals.
