Abstract
Chiton articulatus is an abundant mollusk species on the Isla Socorro. In March 1992 C. articulatus populations were sampled at four sites on the southwestern and northern coast of the island. Average densities of C. articulatus ranged between 3.7 to 8.5 ind/m2 among sites. The length-weight relationship for all sampled individuals (N = 385) is W(g) = 0.00022 L2.73.
