Abstract

A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for Electrical Impedance Tomography was designed, where the tomographic system has been built with Off-The-Shelf components to simplify the construction and make it easy to assemble. This HMI Off-The-Shelf based tomograph has some characteristics as: Fast data displaying, portability, serial interface and a PC for operating is not necessary. Basic potential measurements were made in a circular phantom to validate the HMI design.
