Abstract
Conditions of local observation for equations with polynomial right part depending on the control are formulated. Two methods of the problem solution of construction of observation programs in global situation: reduction of global case to local one by means of heterogeneous vector fields and the usage of linear theory for each pair 'system-exit' are suggested. Examples of set construction of observation programs are reduced.
