Abstract

The following paper describes the importance and the way that AVC (Collaborative Virtual Environment) has been implemented into AVAL (Online Learning Virtual Environment). Both of these platforms have been designed and developed with the objective of creating communities for information exchange and integration of work groups. It is also the objective of AVC to provide the means and tools for the execution of activities, which are oriented to generating an academic follow up of each participant. This is based on the gathering of learning evidence that results from documents in which every participant transmits his or her knowledge and experience -acquired through the study and handling of e-learning materials.
