Abstract

We address the problem of tracking references generated by an exosystem when the plant is described by a Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model. We propose the inclusion of a discontinuous term into the control law to improve the performance of the controller, and in those terms, we give a numerical algorithm based on the use of computer-aided design (CAD) tools, in order to reduce systematically the tracking error.
