Abstract

In this work, two quaternary amino-steroids derivatives were synthesized and its correlation with descriptors LogP and π was evaluated. The results showed an increase in logP and π values of 5 with respect to 3. All this data suggest that compounds studied have different lipophilicity degree which depends of the substituents involved in its structural chemistry.
