abstract = "Eight polymorphic microsatellite DNA loci were isolated for the three banded land snail (Humboldtiana durangoensis). Genetic diversity was assessed using 29 individuals. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 10. Mean observed heterozygosity (Ho = 0.408) was lower than the expected Heterozygosity (Ho = 0.757) as have been found in other land snails.",
