Resumen

The conversion of mechanical to electrical powering of a nano-generator which consists of a no biased conductive atomic force microscope tip that is pressing over the surface on an aluminum doped ZnO thin film is showed. The measured voltage only induced by the atomic force of the tip-ZnO thin film interaction is of the order of tenths of volts.
