N2 - Novel fuzzy logic scheme that employs the gradients and vectors for motion object detection, and spatial temporal filtering to suppress a noise has been proposed. The filtering framework is based on proposed fuzzy rules to characterize pixel's properties, and it runs applying the past and present frames of a sequence. The simulation results have shown the effectiveness of novel video colour fuzzy algorithm in comparison with existed ones.
