Abstract
In this paper we propose Rethinking Mathematics Seminar (RMS) as a collaborative environment and resources for teachers and researchers in mathematics education. It is based on the idea of establishing communication between research and teaching through a dialogue around a research product. We begin by describing the operation ofRMS through its actors and practices that they perform. We describe three of the key processes that occur: dialogue, shared reading and exchange of ideas between teachers. The SRM enhances the interaction between teaching and research.
