Abstract

The Floquet scheme, if applied directly in the rotating frame, may shed false information about the radiative processes of rotating quantum systems. The requirement of some time continuity conditions on the Floquet Hamiltonian could help in the search of an energetically interpretable operator for those systems. © 2007 American Institute of Physics.
