N2 - The theragnosis combines functions of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring in real time through images, all with one pharmaceutical agent. IgM Antibody Anti Isoform 4 SOD Mitochondrial labeled with PpIX showed theragnosis activity in lung cancer cell line A-549 in previous work. The main objective of this work was evaluated the theragnostic activity of the IgM Ab in SiHa, MDA-MB-231, CaCo-2 cancer cells and HaCaT non-cancerous cells. The IgM Ab with PpIX was used in different dilutions and irradiated with a LEDs system at 630nm/30J/cm 2 . The immunocytochemistry (ICCs) with the IgM-PpIX Ab in SiHa, MDA-MB-231 and CaCo-2 cell lines presented positive reaction without significant difference, instead, HaCaT cell line presented significant difference (p <0.05). The PDT in the MDA-MB-231 and CaCo-2 cell lines with the IgM-PpIX conjugate decreases its viability up to 76 and 79% in relation to the viability control respectively. Thus IgM-PpIX Ab showed potential in theragnostic in cancerous cell lines MDA-MB-231 and CaCo-2.
