Abstract

The non linear analysis of the active feedback amplifier is presented in this paper using the Volterra series and the structural method for weakly nonlinear systems. Also, the conditions to reduce the nonlinearities were founded. Experimental results are shown comparing passive feedback against active one. Finally, the condition to reduce the noise figure was obtained. The thermal characteristic os the active feedback amplifier is presented.
