N2 - The objective of this research, of a descriptive type, of documentary analysis and field study is to analyze the social pertinence of a new Doctorate in Administrative Sciences in Mexico according to the National Postgraduate Quality Program of the National Council on Science and Technology of Mexico. The results show that the formation of doctors in the subject will remedy the need of the public and private sector to correct the actual problem of inadequate work structures.
