Abstract
Clinic data common to shock state secondary to acute myocardial infarction were reviewed and the value of some hemodynamic and metabolic indexes was analyzed. It is concluded that no isolated index has any absolute usefulness for establishing the diagnosis, following evolution, or indicating the prognosis.
