Remote sensing of turbulent atmosphere statistical parameters

Abstract

The quality of inversion of the remote sensing data relating to height profiles of tropospheric statistical parameters is influenced by perturbations in the functional operators and input data, as well as by a priori uncertainties. The statistical analysis of the refractometry and phase measurements allows the author to conclude that it is possible to control atmospheric fluctuation by microwave measurements.
