Three parasitoids: Lespesia archippivora Riley, Lespesia postica Walker, and Archytas marmoratus Townsend (Diptera: Tachinidae) are recorded for the first time in Durango, Mexico attacking the fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith).
