New estimates in the sussmann theorem on universal inputs for polynomial systems

Abstract

Estimates of degree of universal polynomial inputs for polynomial systems with many outputs are obtained. Distinguishability relation analysis is given. Theorem on construction of universal piecewise constant inputs is presented.
