N2 - In this work, a first order nonlinear discrete-time equation is studied in order to obtain all of its exact solutions in an analytical way, including those presenting chaotic behavior. Besides, an efficient numerical algorithm for the construction of the quasi chaotic sequences, with a large number of terms, is also proposed. It is also important to mention that the constructed sequences are distributed along the interval [0,1].
