Abstract
In this work a study of the fractal properties of fracture surfaces in steel 1045 tested at different temperatures is performed. It is found that measured values of fractal dimension comply to a normal distribution; nevertheless the self-affine correlation length, ζC, as well as other fracture parameters, possess notable variations with test temperature.
