O. Ulises Juarez Sandoval, was born in Mexico. He received a B.S. degree in Communication and Electronics Engineering, an M.S. degree in Microelectronics Engineering and a PhD in Communication and Electronic in 2009, 2013, and 2018 respectively from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico (IPN) where currently he is a professor. From 2019 to 2021 he was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Codification and Security of the Systems Communication Laboratory (CSSCL) in the Engineering Faculty of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Currently, he is a professor of the IPN, and his principal research interest is copyright protection and information security, image and signal processing, hidden information, watermarking algorithms, steganography and steganalysis, informatics forensics, hardware security, security in IoT applications, DC-DC power converters, wireless charge, voltage, and current control, and related fields to artificial intelligence.
